About Me
About the Artist
Hi there! I’m the hands behind Ethereal Glassworks.
My journey into the world of glass began back in 2020. Like many others during the early days of the pandemic, I found myself looking for a creative outlet to channel my energy and keep my hands busy. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a deep-rooted passion, and three years ago, I took the leap and began sharing my work with the world.
While my roots are in the intricate lines of stained glass, my practice has recently evolved. I’ve shifted my primary focus to the fluid, experimental world of fused glass, which allows me to explore texture and light in entirely new ways. However, I haven't left my soldering iron behind! I still love taking on custom stained glass commissions, particularly pet portraits and personalized designs that hold a special meaning for my clients.
Living in this beautiful corner of the world, it’s impossible not to be inspired. I spend as much time as I can in the outdoors, and that connection to nature is the heartbeat of my business. My aesthetic is deeply influenced by the Pacific Northwest—from the mossy forest floors to the local wildlife. I strive to capture that "witchy cottagecore" essence of our coastal flora and fauna in every piece of glass I kiln-fire or lead.
When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me exploring local trails, horseback riding, or dreaming up new ways to bring a little bit of the wild indoors.
