Create Your Own Pacific Northwest Magic!

Unwind and tap into your creative side with Ethereal Glassworks for a relaxing afternoon or evening of fused glass artistry. This workshop is designed as a fun, social experience rather than an in-depth technical course, its perfect for a stress-free night out!

The Experience:

Grab a drink and a bite to eat and enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a local cafe while you design a custom 4"x6" glass suncatcher. I’ve taken care of the technical "heavy lifting" so you can focus on the fun:

Completely Safe to Touch: All glass pieces are pre-cut and professionally ground so they are smooth and safe to handle—no sharp edges!

No Mess, No Stress: There is no glass cutting or grinding during the workshop. We use simple, scent-free glue and individual work trays to keep things clean and easy.

Light Learning: I’ll briefly go over what fused glass is,the fascinating process it goes through in the kiln, the glass options and design aspects--but the rest of the time is yours to create and have fun!

The Process:

  • Pick your Glass: Choose your glass pieces from an assortment of shapes, petals and butterfly wings of all different colours
  • Customize: Add details from a variety of different coloured paint, crushed glass (frit) and other glass bits and bobs
  • Assemble: Arrange and glue your pieces onto the glass base.
  • Finish: I’ll take your piece home to fire in my kiln and ship it directly to your door within 2 weeks

When: Saturday, August 8th | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

The Perk: Your ticket includes up to $15 to spend on any food or drink from the Corner Stone menu to enjoy while you create.

When: Saturday, July 11th, August 1st, or August 15th | 5:00 PM – 7:00PM

When: Friday, June 26, or Saturday, July 25 | 6:30-8:30PM
